We had great stay for Three Nights!!
Place was fantastic and near Hanging Out Sculpture. Staff was welcoming and provided us with a sitting area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

Really great stay, huge and air-conditioned rooms!
Fantastic apartment in Prague, neara cultural monument. Staff were welcoming and provided lots of recommendations. Excellent service, problem was solved right away. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it had hypo-allergenic pillows. I could use a handy kitchenette...

The hotel is in the center, everything was close, the guys at the Reception were very polite, if there were any questions always helped, advised where to go, what to see and even offered a phone number just in case, booked a hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, then decided to extend for another day, everything was designed very quickly and without any problems with parking for the car as well there were no problems, the guys drove themselves to the parking lot and then at our request for about 10 minutes it stood at the entrance to the hotel. Thank you again, all staff, thank you so much!
Our Suite was more like an ordinary apartment, there was no daily cleaning, the bed was made by herself and after returning to the room, it was noticeable that there was no cleaning. As well as in the advertising booklet it was written that the room has ironing accessories, which I counted on and which was not. In the room was a coffee maker, cream were skeyshim, they may not be checked for expiration date, it's a pity, breakfast was included in the price of the room, but it was not worth it that breakfast will have to go to the next hotel, to walk was not far, but still, and besides the service in the restaurant was from a number of overlookinglooking, the waiter ignoring several times the request for coffee, who further engaged in their business, wiped glasses and plates. So my husband and I decided to give up breakfast the next day at the restaurant and have breakfast anywhere in the cafe.

Without a doubt the location and friendliness of the hotel staff
the bedroom and small living room/kitchen were very, dark, with no natural light at all. window of the room could not be opened, there was no blind; so if the light in the courtyard was turned on at night, room was lit. We found it very curious that they didn't make the bed, they just left the duvet covers folded over, because although it was a double bed there were two single duvet covers, was very uncomfortable to tuck in. day we arrived the bed had a quilt, after the first night they put on top of the wardrobe and there it was for the four days (maybe it's a custom in the country). tiny bathroom, they don't change the towels (unless you pay 2? daily and they don't replace the gel and shampoo. Our room was on the ground floor, next to the reception, so you could hear all the conversations. In short, perhaps the high score of this accommodation is due to the fact that the other rooms are better, in our case I don't think it's even remotely a 4 star hotel

Convenient location in the heart of the old city, close to tourist attractions and the Charles Bridge. Apartment is spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Clean and well-maintained, providing a sense of living in Prague. Excellent value for money with its room size and location. Attached café offers great coffee, delicious cakes, and snacks for a quick bite before exploring.
Felt like a VIP, with the staff being helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

The location is fabulous sitting within 2-3 minute walk from both the Astronomical Clock/Town Square and the Charles Bridge. The staff were very helpful. It is easy to get to and get around town from.
We rented a studio loft that was typical small European rooms. It had a stair ladder up to the beds. It would be difficult for anyone who has difficulties getting around.

I liked everything. staff is friendly. hotel is located in the very center. It is 5 minutes from Charles Bridge, 2 minutes from Old Town Square and 20 minutes from railway and bus stations. Location is perfect for us, as the hotel is within walking distance of everything, is also on a quiet street. Two floors, with access to the patio. Entrance to the room is from the 2nd floor. It has an entrance hall and a living room-kitchen. kitchen has everything you need: electric stove with two comforters and oven, extractor hood, electric kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee capsules were placed every day, tea, cream and sugar began to be reported after we asked for it. dishes have everything: pots (large and small), pans, plates, bowls, cups, saucers; cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, scoop and spatula). There is even a corkscrew and a chopping board. There is also salt and pepper. There is also a small table, two chairs and an armchair. ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and access to the patio. beds are comfortable, mattresses are soft, wardrobe has an extra blanket and pillows, they are not needed, because the heating is adjustable. plumbing is good. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use it because we were here in winter. Breakfast is served at the next Ebel Café. we didn't take breakfast because they only serve coffee, croissant and cheese and ham sliced. We cooked our own in the kitchen. Ebel is still worth a visit, because the coffee and croissant is really very tasty. In general, room and patio were very quiet. lot of people write about good hearing in the rooms. Yes, walking on the floor above us was sometimes heard, we couldn't help it. Overall, hotel experience is very good.
No drawbacks. United: there's not enough mirror in the hallway. it's just little things.

Location. Excellent couldn't be better. Free Wi fi. Very useful Staff. Very polite esp thanks to Vladimir, except for one new youngster who did not have a clue what to do and said he had just joined. Cafe downstairs was excellent. Spacious apartment with very clean bed linen and very clean bath towels. On the whole highly recommend.
Staff polite but untrained in some aspects like trouble shooting. Hotel should have a weighing scale for luggage, more english channels on TV, tv operation is complicated . Can suggest a washing machine on premises. Bed mattresses need to be checked for springs.
